Friendly and diverse team who take pride in excellent quality of care
Flexible location across North and West services
We’re growing our leadership team!
Join Our Team at Omnia Community Health
On 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health merged to form a new, unified notforprofit community health organisation, Omnia Community Health. This decision followed an extensive exploration process that confirmed the merger will improve access to safe, highquality and sustainable health and community services across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas.
The new organisation brings together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both entities. Services span general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach into surrounding communities.
Our organisation is expanding its allied health services across North and West Victoria, and we are looking for two Team Leaders who want to shape services, support clinicians, and make a genuine difference for children and families in regional communities.
These roles are ideal for experienced clinicians who are ready to step into leadership, or existing leaders looking for a supportive environment where they can focus on people, practice and service development. We welcome applications from all allied health disciplines, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Audiology, Psychology, Social Work, Education or related fields.
If you’re passionate about supporting clinicians and improving services for children and families, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Grade 2 or Grade 3 Allied Health discipline to join our Children's Allied Health Team in a Team Leader role. Team Leaders play a key role in supporting our multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality services across our communities.
You will:
Provide clinical supervision and support to allied health staff.
Lead and develop a positive team culture.
Support service delivery across early childhood and community programs.
Contribute to service improvement and local partnerships.
Help clinicians thrive in their roles.
You will contribute to our transition to the new Thriving Kids funding model through service redesign and project work, and one of the Team Leader positions will also lead a School Readiness Funding (SRF) portfolio in partnership with schools and early childhood services.
Location
Flexible across our North and West service regions in Victoria. Many of our sites are within commuting distance of Melbourne, and work locations can be structured across sites based on preference and service needs. Flexible work arrangements are supported.
Clinical involvement
Team Leaders in our service primarily focus on supporting staff, leading service delivery and strengthening clinical practice across the team.
Depending on team needs and service demand, Team Leaders may also maintain a small clinical caseload, particularly during periods where additional clinical support is required.
Where service capacity allows, the balance of leadership and clinical work can be adjusted so the role focuses primarily on leadership, supervision and service development, while still maintaining strong clinical oversight of the team.
We are open to shaping the balance of leadership and clinical work to suit both the needs of the team and the strengths of the successful applicant.
Why join us?
We know stepping into leadership can feel like a big move. Our aim is to ensure our Team Leaders feel supported, connected and able to do their best work.
You will benefit from:
A supportive and collaborative management team.
Real opportunity to shape and grow services.

Interest or experience in operational leadership and service improvement.
Enjoy supporting and coaching other clinicians.
Are organised, collaborative and solutions-focused.
Strong communication skills and confidence working across teams and stakeholders.
